My Parents Visit to Germany

Hello Everyone !
My parents were visiting with me these past couple of weeks and we had a great time ! We visited Flossenburg Concentration Camp in Weiden and my parents really enjoyed that. We traveled to Salzburg, Austria and Berchtesgaden, Germany. Both very beautiful parts of Europe. We stayed in a neat little German Guesthouse in the mountains and really enjoyed that. In Salzuburg we went on the Sound of Music Tour which was fabulous ! We were able to see many places where scenes were shot for the movie and we also were taken out to the countryside to see the beautiful Alps where some other footage was shot for the movie. It was the best tour ever ! In Berchtesgaden we enjoyed a boat tour on Lake Konigsee and Hitler's Eagle's Nest and Bunkers. We had a wonderful time traveling, but being in my hometown with my parents was my favorite part. We did lots of walking and shopping. We enjoyed the outdoor eating and relaxing atmosphere. It was so good to have them here to visit. What a wonderful feeling it is to have your family with you. I miss them, but will look forward to seeing them in 4 weeks when I am home to visit in September. Enjoy the picures !
Love Nicki

I am a friend of the Brooks family and Jan shared your website with me. My son is an Army Arabic Translator for 5th group out of Kentucky. He scheduled for his' second tour in Iraq in January and pray he returns home safely to carry on with his life's dreams.
I am enjoying seeing your pictures of Italy, a place I'd love to visit. I am happy your husband returned safely. We pray continued blessing and protection over your sweet home and family. Jan has shared very endearing thoughts of you and your husband.
Sincerely Rachel
